🧘🏼♀️ There is an old Zen saying that reads, "You should sit in meditation for 20 minutes a day. Unless you're too busy, then you should sit for an hour.”
I'm not here to tell you to sit in meditation or move on your mat for an hour a day, but I am here to help you build a practice that you can show up for consistently, whether that be 20 minutes, 30 minutes, or more.
When we show up for our personal practice (whether that be yoga, meditation, breathwork, journaling, etc), we help quiet the noise of the outside world and reconnect with our own authentic nature so we can show up better in our lives, our work, and with our loved ones.
I'm glad you're here.
I am a vinyasa and restorative-based yoga and meditation instructor (RYT-200) and yoga therapist (in-training) helping people reconnect with themselves and stress less through movement and mindset practices.
I believe that our daily practices have the power to change our lives, health, and mentality. When we learn to slow down and look inside ourselves, we’re able to reconnect with our authentic selves and show up better in our world.
As the saying goes, you can’t pour from an empty cup so we have to learn to fill our own first. If you're ready to break the cycle of stress, burnout, and overwhelm, I'm your teacher back to reconnection, peace, and calm.
It's time to quiet the noise.
